Help me decide - Bike or Drill

Splash out a whole tenner or so on a decent brace, then spend the rest of the money on a bike. Best of both worlds - plus you'll get a bit of exercise whether drilling or cycling!
A brace you say :)

My trusty old Stanley No73 10" brace.
Eons old Pratt & Sons 2 speed shoulder brace.
A small hand drill(the original cordless) I'm currently renovating, just need to turn a handle.

The shoulder brace I used for a couple of years when making brass models. No vice either so Id put the model in the door jamb and use that to hold it firm...ish
Oh the joys of buying a pillar drill
The brace was last used putting the supports for a large set of oak double doors garage. Drill couldnt put 200mm m12 studs through the oak into the stonework. Builders who were also there failed with their 36v milwaukee, but I finally drove them home using the brace to crank them in.
Much admiration for the old brace from all concerned. Certainly theres still a place for the brace in my modern toolbag
