Help dating a Rocky Mountain Hammer

Any Rocky Mountain experts out there? Looking to date this bike with a view to doing a period correct restoration. (Excuse the mess, my old office is now a busy bike hospital)


It's had a new coat of paint and many parts have been changed, the frame set seems to be in great condition though and it's a lovely ride.

Serial number is - I91012022

If it's circa 91-92 then it will be sporting a pair of RC30's.

It's a 1991 and easy one to date.
Oh and the serial helps confirm too.

It's not got the noodle for the front mech, (not all did and I don't know why).
I always assumed it was later ones.
