Here is a few pics of my newly completed 1998 Xizang. Been after a 16" one for years and finally it arrived. It's not 100% finished although perfectly ridable. Got to get some more trinkets before I'm happy with the build.

Very nice indeed.... But the riser bars and dual slalom stem need to go.... (sorry..)

Radoslaw where are you based? I'm based in dundee, bought my xizang in edinburgh when I lived there (city cycles 1993) and have never seen any others up here.... but then I don't get out much

dbmtb agree with you on the bars although they are x-lite xlr carbon risers. But the stem is a fully machined out x-lite xlr xc stem, not exactly retro granted but this is going to be my do everything ride so needs to be comfyish! I did nearly hit the buy it now on those £75 titanium x-lite flat bars that ended up going for £112 but was a bit late.

Do you reckon I could use the lowers on some single crown Judy's? Thinking about those grips also and GT as well!

i believe most judy lowers are the same.

Not sure on forks as i havent alot of experience with suspension forks but the only thing i find wrong with the grips is i would prefer them a little darker
