Yes, this is a 1992 Flip-Flop-II stem - showen in the neck-friendly Position.

The frame is 19inch GT-size (so something like 20.5inch normal), however with a rather short head tube. The stem should have something like 130mm (will check later).

I am 6ft3. I have not ridden the bike yet. However, it should be very comfortable as I also ride 18inch GTs with stems with smaller rise. Maybe I have to lower the seatpost a tiny bit.

I only ask because my team avalanche is a 19" with a 150mm stem & I haven't tried it yet

Gt speced the yellow 92 Team Avalanche with XTR silver canti in the fronmt because that's the only way they were available and a black XT u-brake in the rear.

They spec'd the 92 Bravado LE XT silver brakes.

I do like the look of the black brakes. That how I built up my 91 Cyclone.
