Girvin flex bush/damper replacements

2nd set of suspensionparts.com girvin bushings cooked (this time hard compound) after maybe 2 hrs of bike path gravel riding, a few baby jumps but nothing big and I’m only 170lbs. Went with the skateboard truck bushings recommended earlier in this thread, going to experiment with stacking the to raise bar angle too.

That’s really disappointing. There’s clearly something wrong with how they are making them or what they are making them from.

Those look great, been at least 40 years for me too.

I also use the purple skateboard truck rubbers on my Flexstems and they seem to last well. Disappointing about the SFP ones breaking down like that. Got lots of those in various Manitou forks. I guess i better check them its been a few years
