For sale a russian titanium frame!

Re:

I got a russian ti frame since 2001 and welds are nice and the bike rides well. It was made at Nijni Novgorod at USV who welded for red, DNA cycle and... Grey bicycle in Switzerland.. USA ti were amazing with top weld job and I dreamed about them for a long time but too much expensive for me. But when I met those russian makers in 2001, I got the opportunity to get a frame with the geometry I drew for 500 euros !
The russian bike I owned is near a Merlin. Not as fast as my Sandvik made (Kona or Mac Mahon), thebike is very confortable on rough ground.

The frame is isn't mine.
I was asked from a friend to sell it.
All I know, that my friend got the information about the frame provenance, from an ex Red Star worker. This is why I wrote, the frame is 99% is russian.
Unfortunately there is't any signs on the frame, which may help to identify the frame
