There are/were a lot of Italian bike brands with names starting 'M'. I can think of around half a dozen off the top of my head.
Thing is, we're assuming that it's Italian - it might not be.
I am now located in Turin, Italy. It might be Italian, might be not. I send few pictures of parts that might help in this research (all other are Campagnolo). Tomorrow I will clean the bike and search for more details.
