Hello! Can you please help me recognize model of this F Moser bicycle that has many branded parts, especially Campagnolo. Is it rare? I will clean it as soon as possible

Nice bike, the rear mech and brake calipers are probably not original. No idea of the model, ride and enjoy.

I doubt that is a Moser. Yes, there's the stem engraving but you could buy such stems from many places back in the 1980s.
The 'M' engraving and cut outs elsewhere aren't the Moser pattern which was more stylized, didn't have serifs and sloped more to the right.

Is this ORIA Special TC 0.8 high quality frame?

ORIA was pretty good tubing though was almost unknown outside of Italy. Special TC is not one of their tube sets which I recognise.
The frame certainly looks to have some quality to it but looks to me as if it's been refinished. I'd not pin much faith in the ORIA label either as they are available in various aftermarket decal sets.

I think whatever it is, it's a good quality frame. Would be nice to pin it down. As Jim says it looks to be refinished.
