Hi, its easy really, clean carefully and be patient, the old saying about it only being like only once, is so true, so assess it once cleaned and waxed, it will have some bare patches but it only looks like light surface rust. Next thing to consider; I always like to assemble the parts and build it up first and check its all okay, then, how does it look, where are you keeping it, will there be any damp, how much usage will it have, is it too far gone, can I afford the good repaint it deserves. Only you can answer the questions I'm afraid, I don't know if this has been of help or no help ! Terry
