Retro Newbie
I've been tasked with selling my sisters old bike as its been sat gathering dust at my parents for many years, its a Diamond Back Topanga Cro Mo Believed to be 1994/1995 model year? finished in purple and frame size is 19".
I appreciate it was only a mid range bike but it sports some add on's and benefits from upgraded rear mech/shifters/wheels as follows above the base bike:
Deore XT M735 long cage rear mech
Deore LX 3x7 speed ST-M560 combined brake and shifters
Deore LX brakes
Mavic M261 and M231 rims on Shimano Exage hubs
Zoom handlebars
X Lite anodised blue bar ends
Tioga Psycho 2 tyre 50% worn and Panaracer Smoke Black 50% worn tyre
San Marco Rolls saddle
The frame has many chips and is best described as well used but is free of dents and is straight, the gears etc need a good looking at, it all worked when it was last ridden about 15 years ago but I can't guarantee it's all still functioning.
I've no idea of value so I am going to suggest a price of £120.00 complete, based on similar bikes. Please shout up if this is way off the mark.
I may part it out if there is enough interest, I just need it out of my garage.
Pictures will explain the condition of items a little better. Cash on collection preferred from Chorley, Lancashire PR6 8 postcode or will post at a cost.
