Came across another user with the same frame here so figured I'd share my build.
80s Diamant Cyclocross. I got the frame while working at a bike shop ~15years ago.
Built up with combo 9speed Ultegra shifters and crankset with XT rear derailleur and cassette. Running Mavic Ksyrium SL with tubeless 35c tires. Mainly my dirt trail commuter with very occasional cyclocross events.
