Dawes 531, Oscar Egg lugs - maybe a Galaxy circa 1975?

There is no model name on this but I am thinking this might be a Dawes Galaxy from the 1970s. I am not sure, but I think only the Galaxies had Oscar Egg lugs and mudguards around this time. Saying that the gearing doesn't look quite right, (can't see a climbing ring at the front).

Maybe somebody here can save it from being turned into a fixie?
Sadly I have no space, no spare cash, too many projects and a strict 'one out, one in' policy in operation.

Not enough frame bosses for racks and i cant see any on the fork which again doesnt seem correct for a tourer. Of course i know little about galaxies in general but to me those are the things id expect to see :?
