I ain't fluent in French by any means but I'll go out on a limb and say that I think your title is intending to read: "C'est Bon!", or possibly even "C'est Bonne!", depending on whether the implied noun is "le velo" (masculine) or "la bicyclette" (feminine).. but you might be doin' some subtle French wordplay which is way over my head..
