It's down as 16 1/2" and 17 1/2" , can you tell me what is C to top seat post and C to C of top tube please ?

There are 3 Schwinns for sale, sorry. A PDG50 with OEM paint which is 16.5", a repainted deep brownish red PDG 50 as 17.5" pciturd as a full bike, and the PDG90 (also pictured as a full bike) with a nasty dented downtube as a 18.5", all seattube sizes c-t. Let me know which one you prefer.
