My XLM weighed 22.5lbs in suspended, daily rider mode, but with a few component changes and a pair of RC31s it'd drop down to more like 18lbs - and it went like stink!
I'm now building up a singlespeed. It's got quite a heavy (7lbs) f&f, but I'm building it with light-ish kit and hopefully it'll end up sub-20lbs with no problems.
