cook brothers frame? ?

i know cook bros. made some bmx frames in the late 70's and early 80's in limited numbers.
these now fetch good money on the second hand market.
they also presently make those retro cruiser bike thingies (not my cup of tea).
never knew they made any mtb frames though.
wouldn't mind knowing the history behind the mtb frames if they did produce them.

ok guys, i'm thinking of having a dabble at this for the parts if the price is ok.
i very much doubt the frame is what the seller says it is however.
is anyone else on here in for it, or have i got a clear run?

i was thinking the same, but only want the rear wheel, he told me he would take £150 buy it now but was gonna see how it went, was you after the spin?

i fancied the spin, but also interested in the forks and front wheel.
not that bothered about the spin to be honest.
maybe we could do a deal.
i've mailed him to provide some evidence of the frame manufacturer.
what price would you pay for the spin?

was gonna buy it and keep the spin and sell the rest to make up the cash, would pay£40 if you win it? what do you think?
