Should've made a citizens arrest for him being a bike thief or a bit mental

Nah leave him alone, if he is a bike thief maybe the road and things with engines will finish him off, the same applies regards mental, as it occurs these are some of the very people that give cyclists a bad name.

i was going to work the other morning and i noticed a headlight in the distance, getting closer i thought it was a cyclist stopped, but as i got closer it seemed like it was going backwards.
then i realised the numpty had only used a front light on the back.
some people really do make me scratch my head.
