This is a fairly well balanced USA/CANADA - UK combo
Frame switch is a tough one to call. I loved my cinder cone but I guess more so because it was mine and mine alone. The chance of an Explosif is too good to miss - plus a respray is going to set you back 150 so you want to make sure it's a frame you think is the bees knees.
