christmas songs, best & worst.

More traditionally speaking:

Worst: "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" I will kill the next DJ that plays it...

Favorite: Jim Nabors singing "Oh Holy Night" After all of these years Gomer Pyle can really belt out a tune.

Fave is Greg Lake - I Believe In Father Christmas and a special mention to The Waitresses - Christmas Wrapping

Worst - Wham - just hateful, Cliff Richard - just NO!

Have a great Christmas all,

Richard

Worst by far ever - The Reynolds Girls - Christmas Rapping
If you mean The Waitresses that's one I missed off my favourites. Often overlooked as there's no video.

Ken Bruce if you're reading this ffs play it or Stop the Cavalry. I've not heard either yet. Just the usual 70s pish.

Best..... Impact -Punk Christmas :xmas-big-grin:

Worst - anything played & liked on National Radio!

All the dreadful ones that came out of the 70's are terrible imo. Why would anyone wish it was christmas everyday? Even as a child that baffled me. John Lennon's depressing shocker. The list goes on.
I'd say my tolerable faves are 'the one Queen did' & The Darkness's effort, merely for high pitched singing-comedy value.
