Sounds like a doofus! There are loads of idiots on Pink Bike...I bought some forks off one guy and had to wait weeks for him to post them because he couldn't afford the postage costs. Errrr, hello I've just sent you the money for some forks advertised at a posted price!
Have you heard any more from him? I think I'd just cut my loses and offer a refund once the wheels are received back in the same state you sold them to him in. I guess it could get messy if he has used them and given hem a kicking.
