ok guys thinking of selling my group set let me first start by saying im no campagnolo expert but ive spent the last week browsing campy and the subtle differences between the all tho its a minefield of confusion i think ive got it somewhere close :) so i will list what i believe/ have learned below

1 = euclid canti set with straddles and hangers
2 = euclid pedal set
3 = euclid rear mech has the spring adjuster underneath i believe the centaur is slightly different shape at the rear and does not have the adjuster
4 = euclid bottom bracket
5 = euclid front mech
6 = centaur hubs on campy alpha xl rims
7 = centaur crankset altho ive seen many for sale and being sold as euclid i think the little cut out/shanfer ner drive side cap denominates it being centaur i could be wrong it may be the reverse :)
8 = euclid levers
9 = campag bullet shifters
10 = rear cassette regina extra
11 = chain regina
12 = euclid quick release 2 wheel 1 seat

as i say the campag range is a nightmare of twists and turns as never used stamped model numbers for parts
all parts are in what i would describe as genuinely lovely considering this is a 90/91 set :)
having said the above i would advise a regrease on the hubs not grit etc just a little dry i will do this if i get time

as for price im asking 700 for the lot plus postage if needed at a service of your choice

pics coming shortly :)

Oh gosh if I had the funds (I do not without selling significant frames) - would love this early minty Campag mtb groupset. What a beautiful groupset - good collection there Stevede😎

If anybody is seeking inspiration for a build / project the late 1980s magazine ‘Bicycle Action’ ran a detailed test on the earliest iteration of this grouppo (monoplaner u-brakes + curious adjustable ergonomic 4 finger brake levers) based around a Bromwich frameset.

I think MBUK also had a test feature too - possibly based around a Roberts Phantom (Columbus Max OR) however might be not be 100% remembering that correctly.

Lots of other optios too inc. Yeti & FAT Chance team bikes (altho’ think I read some pro’s ran sanded down XT mechs!)
