Wanted Campag 8 speed thumb shifters

After a pair of thumbshifters for 8 speed mtb set-up (Kona CinderCone on here) currently with bullet shifters which are quite useless really....any load on the bars and the gears slip.

I bought my Kona CinderCone in 1990/91 from Libra Cycles in Stockport, I think it was £500, sounds a lot back in 1990. I think it was a purchase on the back of selling a car and softened by also buying an eternity ring for my wife. It was white with blue/red splatter paint and Suntour XCD...

I'm not that familiar with the ins and outs of the types of shifters, ideally with the little lollipop mounts which would match the brake levers.

Record OR/Icarus shifters work so much better than earlier models, Centaur, Euclid etc. They don’t have the friction option though.

If you can find mounts I’ve get a set of 8 speed Icarus black bar end shifters. You used to be able to get Paul’s type mounts for them but haven’t seen any since I’ve owned these. Never know someone may have some!

I don't think they ever did 8 speed in the lollipop mounts so it would have to be Record OR/Icarus type.
