Surprising outcome so far. Not so much the leaders just the voting in general.

Shark's Grove. Stefan already got my vote in Pic of the Month, although it was close! He almost pulled off the double dip! :D

Best month yet, I think.

Is the time of the super clean boutique build over

There almost seems to be an over supply of fantastic top end machines which although show a great deal of thought and hard work do not perhaps best represent what was around back in the day!

The Fisher gets my vote this month...

Some very nice bikes there. Between the IF and the Rock Lobster Team for me...

Neither knowing nor caring about details such as "correct" brakes (I favour functionality over originality), my vote goes to the '94 Rock Lobster. Simply the one I'd most like to own!

If you truly favour functionality, even more reason to not go with the V-Brakes setup ;)

1999 is just too modern, just barely :(
I was surprised to see my 2000 Ellsworth Isis even make it in the list for that reason. I should have lied about its age to get my foot in the club door :D

Based on the "I WANT..." factor, it has to be Chris' Teesdale/Fisher Mt. Tam.

Second choice would be Spaltinho's Lobster, even with the V-brakes.

And Gravy Monster's Raleigh is also very cool.

So many simple mistakes on otherwise wonderful machines.

Mt Tam, for sure. Classic and pure. A proud piece.

And they've come to scratch our eyes out.
