Seat tube 56cm 22.5" centre to centre, 57cm 23" centre to top
Top tube 57cm 23" centre to centre

Comes with Tange headset in good order

I believe this to be early 80s. It has 27.2mm seatpost, 130mm rear spacing, BSC threads. Obviously plenty of nicks and 'patina' but no structural issues.

Vitus 979 in blue anodised finish, £125 posted please.

Comes with Stronglight Spidel needle bearing headset and short Atax seatpost

25mm seatpost, BSC threads, 130mm rear spacing. In decent condition but a previous owner has taken the gear lever bosses off :facepalm: . Obviously this would be covered by band on levers. No structural issues.

I'm having trouble trying to date the holdsworth in my mind given the dropouts, colour scheme and lack of wrap round seat stays.

I saw that holdsworth have released a range of modern frames now one of which has got pretty much an identical colour scheme

I don't claim to know much about Holdsworth, but it seems my frame is identical to this one in terms of lugs, seat stays, dropouts, fork crown, bb, tubing, 27.2 seatpost etc.

Portacatena dropouts put it in a pretty narrow window anyway 1977-1983ish?

This is so tempting, but, I only have a vgc 600 arabesque group to build it with, which I don't think will do it justice.
