For me the Zinn is the one, beautiful build, everything about it screams retro.

After that I really like the clockwork, clean tidy build

Missy giove's yeti does it for me, fantastic history.. a true state of the art bike from back in the day.

But also think the santana does look very slick.

I like the 1993 Orange Clockwork, If eye had to take one eyed take Clockwork Orange, and than The stumpjumper and the Saracen, and than the GT Zaskar.
