Bike ID on a possible TI frame?

i thought stainless was only magnetic if it was plated on top of good old steel,i know stainless spokes (DT) are not magnetic but plated stainless ones (CHEAP ONES) are ?

pretty sure it's a comp racing with Ritchey Logic tubing and full black LX group, nice bike/frame but not too special and def. not Ti

that's what i thought too,..
Can remember the bike,..not that there was a Ti version
