Wanted Big Frame 25" / 64cm or close ?

Anyone know of any larger bikes that could be pressed into service as a daily commuter / weekender / winter bike?
Possibility of mudguards and a rack would be a big positive.
Cosmetics not really important as long as it is a sound bike . Complete bike much preferred . Budget £300 ?
