OK since there are a fair few articles about regarding his 1998 tour bike(s) including the CN/BikeRadar one which has Bianchi claiming they have his tour bike (which is totally not his bike) and the crazy auctions for bikes that also don't appear to be his - it's hard to find a definitive build list for Pantani's bike from this year.
Surely with the film and various photos it should be easy enough to work it out, I'll make a start and anyone can feel free to chip in (ideally with evidence of the suggested spec).
Would also be interested to know spec. of the 1999 limited edition 101 bikes if anyone has that.
Frame: Bianchi Mega Pro XL Reparto Corse (or something custom painted in Bianchi colours) black Dedacciai stickers on seatstays
Fork: Time Carbon (model? carbon steerer?) - Time yellow stickers on upper fork

Handlebars: ITM 42cm Super Italia 260(? have graphics of Italia but in photos look rounded like Europa)
