Wanted Avid cr hose or just calliper connector

Recently acquired some avid carbon disc brakes, but incomplete. I want to use them on a build so either need s new hose with all the fittings, or the connecting part that mates the hose to the anno red banjo on the calliper.

Anyone got anything or can point me at something online as I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for really as I've not had avid discs before.

Here's a pic of what I'm missing. Happy 5o take a full rear hose with one connected, or be pointed at anywhere that sells the bit I need seperately as the original fixings look to be crimped on to the hose.
