I'm sure the forks I bought new in 2000 were Manitou X-Vert E, and had the brace like this red one with the 4 indents, but looking online now all the X-Vert E forks have just 2 indents like the black one, and the only one with the 4 indents are X-Vert Supers. Mine were definitely not called Super and mine had the orange and red decals, also had black fork boots. Are they just really uncommon like I had, or is my memory failing and my forks actually had just 2 indents?
