A question for you 'oldies'

i like it here - i sit at the modern end of what's around here, and some of the really old stuff leaves me a bit cold, but that's what this place is all about - doing your thing, and a collective love of bikes

It was good BITD, you could follow all the threads on all the forums and answer each one :)

Too much to keep up now!!

I cant believe..

how large a group of people there is, into old bikes...

I never stopped riding my old school rides. :D

While riding buddies would laugh at me

Comments about, is that thing not getting a bit old and dated now?

Then i discover their are more like minded folks doing what ive beed doing ;)

Keep it up people, and lets not forget the reason why were still doing it :D

We were always out there, hiding our stashes of MBUK and mint sauce calenders in the wardrobe, as though they were literature of the one handed variety, from our respective ladies, and harbouring secret desires for a Whyte or a Proflex (with those weird forks) or summat.

Hmm, was so shocked to find this site (by pure chance) and relieved i'm not the only one stuck in my youth... Get yr Stif T-shirt out and wear with pride (if it still fits  )

this is an illness - we'll still be droning on until we are old and decrepit..
