Although people talk about shill bidding, that is a very dangerous tactic, as you'll get left holding your own baby as often as not. And you'd have to be totally crazy to arrange shill bidding a second time on an auction that has already had to be restarted by eBay. I should have thought it was more likely that this is an enemy of the seller disrupting his auction.
