ok would you swap the sram bits for the disc, avid levers and syncros stem?

oh what colour is the stem? and does it have the angled stem cap?

what colour is the sram bits? are they nine speed?
the stem is black and has a plastic angled top cap, its a bit battered though (mostly around clamp area (a few chips)) and the decals are missing but it has the weird centre bolt bit

sram stuff is nine speed, shifter is silver, rear mech is silver and black.

this is the mech and shifter off crc

shifter is the same as this but silver

the rear mech is sooooo sweet, its machined aluminium rather than painted so looks the nuts!
