For Sale 92 Raleigh USA Technium Peak F+F

Cetim

Devout Dirtbag
For Sale is my 1992 Raleigh USA Technium Peak F+F and few other bits.
If you fancy an easy winter project to build, this is good to go.

Aluminium Tubes, bonded into steel lugs. A USA built frame for the Canadian market. It’s well travelled! I’ve had a few of these over the years and never seen a Canada one before.

Comes with the correct Tange Big forks, Tioga Avenger stem, generic headset, bottom bracket and miche seat QR.

It is quite small at 17” C-T and would originally have come with an XT groupset. Almost top of Raleigh’s range in ‘92. Top tube is 21.5” C-C.

Cables are top tube routed and comes with the roller for the front mech so you can use a period downpull one.

Paint is excellent for age. Really stands out in the sun. Some marks on the black parts and there has been some localised repainting on the chainstays. The stem was repainted black and is ok. Headset is new but feels a little dry.

The bike has been in storage for a couple of years. There is a build thread on here but it was alway just a touch too small for me and other than a test ride, it never went out.

£150 plus postage in the UK. Can do a local pickup in Glasgow.

Can take any other pictures as required.

Came in 3 sizes 46, 50 and 55cm.
Measured centre of bb to top of seat tube - not top tube - making this 46cm = 18"

I'd love it but it's too big, and if it's too big I won't enjoy it.
NP but this has got to be the smallest frame size it came in. I'm 5'10" and as above while I could ride it with the seat right up, it always felt a bit too small.
