The shot in seat stays without a reinforcing plate on the seat tube is very much Aende. Plus aende supplied a lot of TT frames. Is it possible it's been repainted and rebadged?

Right I've got some tube OD's. Top tube is 25.8mm, seat tube is 28.6mm and the down tube is 29mm. Do these ring any bells with anyone?.

...it was, and the pista b/b to go with it.

In truth it was the potential quality of the components that came on the bike that initially caught my eye.

My 1981 (or thereabouts) Ron Kitching Ron Kit Crono Express is built in Ishiwata 015 tubing.
Certainly used in some british builds around that time,
