Wanted 7 speed Shimano brifters - RSX?

A friend is looking to replace his tired shifters and looking for a working set of 7 speed brifters. Does anyone have something fit for purpose?

Don't think 105 or 600 (6400) came in 7 speed, they started at 8 speed.
You probably need something like RSX

Pictures. A few scrapes and some nicks in the hoods but they worked the last time I used them, bit of spit and polish would make them look presentable.
