5/12/21 Lothouse to Temple Newsam and back .

Nice easy and very retro friendly social ride this month , very flat too .
Meet point is WF3 3JG opposite Morgans bodyshop .
Meet at 10 for 10.30 start .
Food stop at middish way point so bring some dosh .
This is a very easy , steady social ride and is a perfect chance for old friends to meet up and come back out of the woodwork .

We will be heading through loft house nature reserve to begin with, then following the Leeds country way to Rothwell country park. After looking down on Leeds from a viewpoint, we then join the canal towards Temple Newsam. So you do get a mix of terrain on the way.

There are no shortages of food stops, the pub stop will be 2 miles from the end, the Gardeners arms on Leeds Road, it will be like our Christmas doo.

I will be riding retro too

Temple Newsam is the halfway point, so the cafe there looks good to me, only issue could be the prices for Ken

Could we attach a trailer to the back of Ken so he can take a stove to cook some food and a brew for the rest of us.
Could even be an eco electric stove since he can plug then in.
