27" tyre recommendations please

I see that rudimentary 27" tyres can be bought relatively cheaply in pairs off of the good old www.

Have any of you guys used them, what where they like?

I am not looking for outright performance, just wanting to get a project rolling and wondering what to use.

Any other recommendations?

Would you like some skin wall Panaracers 27X 1.1/8. You cant get them any more and they are the best!

They will probably not be nice light rolling skin sided tyres. I have some Panaracers if you would like. These are not available at the momenty as far as I know
