I have a couple in bits if you're still looking, I'm sure there's a complete one between the parts - think they are both off old Raleighs (one is for sure) and both definitely 21.1mm dia.

let me know if you still need them and I'll dig em out - won't be asking much £ either

thing is I THINK they are slightly shorter and higher rise than you're looking for (could be a decent stop gap tho?)
