Looks great all back together again. Must be a relief to get past the headaches! I'd just continue riding and enjoying it

after many great rides and not taking it lightly for me its recracked so balls and blue air . so its time for repair 2.0 time to gusset it has a last ditch attempt genuine love for this frame its a pleasure to ride

Gutting it cracked again. If it doesn't survive the second fix at least you have nice bits to put on a new frame

if it cracks after this belt and braces repair then yes alu frames are not repairable in my eyes lol the gusset plate is 6mm thick so yeah
