Needs a front derailleur, a new front rim, and a tube for the rear tire (I have that!). Otherwise, in pretty good shape. I'm wondering if the front derailleur was intentionally taken off...? Judy's are old, but surprisingly work well for commuting. Or should - though I'd love to swap them for a rigid fork.
