1997 Stumpjumper M2

Swapped the seat for a NOS seat from another stumpjumper and added black specialized stem and ritchey force bars. Better I think

More changes for the Stumpy. Bought a pair of RC36's off here a while back and sent them off to justbackdated to be serviced - turned out very expensive as the stanchions were crimped because the crown had worn and been overtightened. Still now have a minty pair of forks that look great.

As a result the stumpy is now aerospace spec - ceramic composite frame and carbon forks up front.

Re:

Ta. Took it out for a ride today and it's lovely. The pace forks are excellent and the xtr shifters feel better than the 11 speed ones I have on my full suspension.
