Some more history, from the IF Blog back in 2008..

As part of the sponsorship deal, Indy Fab put together some very special team issue steel Deluxe bikes. They were boldly painted in the black on white pattern associated with Holstein cattle and even featured a pink bottom bracket region mimicking udders. A small number were made for customers in the same style, but were not team bikes. Lloyd Graves from the factory comments that the background to these unique IFs means that only 10 in all were produced

Frame update.....onto it’s third forum member.....hung on a wall for couple of years, put up for sale, found this thread, come to my senses and decided to build!
Spent a couple of hours today flatting and polishing the frame....it has a good amount of patina which I want to keep but also make it look presentable and shine where it can......turned out ok I think, few areas I’ll touch up but the rubs and scuffs will stay along with a build kit that hopefully reflects it’s race bike history.

You are right to want to rebuild this bike, it’s so beautiful !!
I love Independent Fabrication, they are actually very good race bike. I have a titanium from home, but I would have always liked a cow. Especially since I already have a Klein cow, which was painted especially for the Roc d'Azur.

But I have change for a Seven Duo Lux, today he decorates my garage because I like Bulls
