Sad that she has to go. I've bought another couple of bikes recently that aren't as nice as this but seem to fit me much better (as I head towards my mid 40's!).
1994 Dekerf (DEK245). The frame is in fine condition with only the odd chip and a small scrape on the non driveside chain stay. There is also evidence of some slight worming under the paint on the seat tube (about an inch), but it hasn't moved in my ownership of over five years. The paint is still as bright and vibrant as the day it came out of Chris's shop. The bike also has the correct colour matched (by Chris) Mag 21 forks.
Size is 18.5 (C-T), 16 (C-C) with a 22 inch top tube. Kit is as follows -
Avid Black Ops levers (worth a packet on there own!)
Pace Renthal bar
XT 8 speed shifters
XT M739 FD and rear mech
Front hub is a Shocktech running on a FIR Rim
Rear is a M739 XT hub running on a later Mavic Rim. I can supply a matching wheel for the rear - M735 XT running on an identical FIR rim to the front.
Cassette is an XT M737 or 9...
Seatpost is a USE Aluminium with a reissue Flite saddle in good order.
Brakes are M739 XT V's front and rear.
Raceface crankset with outer and inner Pace rings. middle is Shimano.
Tyres are brand new (used twice) Splashbacks
I'm not really looking to ship abroad unless you arrange your own shipping and insurance. I will pack well but if anything is damaged it will be between you and your insurer/freight company.
