This is my latest project. Picked the frame up a few months ago and gave it a clean. Apart from a minor top tube ding it is in very good condition. This is going to be a rider so I got Tim at Fork English to sort me out some RC35s....he's a legend :)

Most of the parts are sourced now. Will be XTR M900 except brakes (Dia Compe 987s) and shifters (Paul Thumbies + Ultegra bar end shifters). Fingers crossed I'll get it finished by February

Some early pics before I install the BB, headset and forks....

Re: 1993 Saracen Kili XTR Elite

 very nice indeed
Really nice condition and can't wait to see this up and running
What size is the frame by the way?
Mark.

Re:

Thanks all :-D I really cannot wait to get this going and burn the local trails.

@Mark - it's 19" measured to the top of the seat tube. Effective top tube is 580mm. Based on my other bikes I've got a 120mm stem with rise so hopefully will fit like a glove.

My favourite bike!

Looks redder than normal, paint is in great nick.

Re:

The colour is kinda amazing - purplish / dark pinkish. TBH dude the Fuji Velvia mode on my camera is enhancing the colour a bit ;-)

Re:

Lovely. Similar to my 93 Traverse Elite.

I built mine up to the Traverse Elite spec but with the Pace forks available on the Kili XTR Elite. They have the same 'Flamboyant Ultra Violet' powder coat.
Looking forward to seeing how yours turns out.
