1991 GT black handlebar

Very specific I know, but I'm keen to stick some original bars back on my Quatrefoil....

Must be in reasonably good shape and uncut, 500mm chopped down things don't really work on a tandem!

I'm not sure how bothered you are, but the Quatrefoil came with a Chromoly bar, possibly the same as on the Karakoram that year, whereas the Team Avalanche and Avalanche came with duraluminium bars and the Karakoram Elite came with heat-treated aluminium bars.

I had a quick look over the 1991 catalogue and it does mention that the bars were cr-mo, which kinda makes sense. As with my cargo bike, reliability rules, I'll shift my weight weenie tendencies onto other bikes!

I'm half thinking that some brahma bars would be nice as well but I'll see what appears on this thread first..

GT brahma bars would only be a couple of years out and would probably prove more comfortable. I'd go for them if you can find some.
