Aside from the Suntour bits, I really don't think it helps being built the way it is.

Agree. You're paying £395 for a damaged frame, fork, chainset (possibly BB too) and seatpost. Anyone whose interested in this frame isn't interested in the parts-bin build, they should save those for another build of a lesser quality frame.

I agree all i was interested in was the frame and forks because one of the fabricators at work said he could probably make a noodle doodle for it

That’s very generous of you, have you got room for the other bikes and how much do I need to send weekly for keeping them safe from being ridden?
