About a year back I picked up this '89 Alpine Fremont Pass on CL for $100. It's got Tange prestige tubing (fork and frame), full Deore, Araya rims. First pic is the day I got it, second is more recent, converted to drop bars and ready for its second bikepacking trip.
Information regarding the brand continues to elude me, all I know is that it was made in Japan and sold in the US market. I bought it in Denver, CO although I'm not positive thats where it was originally purchased.
In any case, would love to hear peoples thoughts on my build and if anyone has historical info, do tell!
