I have found the fork in the FirstFlight store (Thanks Jeff) and repaired and resprayed by Mojo Ti

Why did you swap the rear mech? The mavic mech had a nice look and the bike was different with it too...

I agree for the look but the Mavic didn't work with the rear Shimano freewheel and its 34T big ring.
I was over the derailleur limits
