That's the point fishers in the 80, s were outstanding because they didn't have slack angles 87 was the year they introduced the 16 1/4 chainstay and the steep head angle for responsive racing but your right the photo maybe throwing it out

bigger frame in that pic and bigger frames do tend to have a steeper head angle.
hopefully there not bent, but if they are iv a set of forks that look the same.
 
Well looking at the other pic where it's facing uphill it looks fine like I said it's probably me
